Our Olive Egger hens are a cross between our Black Copper Marans rooster and Crested Cream Legbar hens. These chickens produce beautiful olive green eggs. Because these hens have Cream Legbar genetics, you will be able to tell the sex of their chicks when they hatch! Baby roosters have a black dot on top of their heads and baby hens do not.
Black Copper Marans
These hens lay the darkest brown eggs of all breeds. They’re also friendly, curious, and beautiful birds with feathered legs and a necklace of copper-colored feathers.
